01.Commercial Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Raghupati Premium Dhoop website (srinarayangroups.com), retail Cash on Delivery orders, and commercial wholesale inquiries handled by Sri Narayan Enterprises, Gola Road, Danapur, Patna — Bihar, 801503.

By submitting an order, submitting a wholesale inquiry, or engaging with our concierge, you agree to these Terms in full.

02.Products & Formulations

All Raghupati dhoop sticks are crafted without bamboo, adhering to authentic Vedic principles. Standard retail jar weight is 90g (approx. 45–50 sticks). Product photos on this website represent genuine packaging. Fragrance characteristics may vary slightly by batch due to the natural herbal composition.

03.Retail Orders (Cash on Delivery)

• All retail orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery basis across India.
• Estimated dispatch within 1–3 working days from our Danapur, Patna warehouse.
• Delivery timelines are dependent on courier partners and vary by pin code.
• You agree to be available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

04.Wholesale & B2B Supply

Wholesale orders, OEM branding, and machinery consignments are governed by formal proforma invoices and dispatch terms issued by Sri Narayan Enterprises. Freight charges and transit insurance are arranged as mutually agreed per consignment.

Minimum wholesale quantity and pricing are discussed during concierge consultation. Custom fragrance formulations and private-label packaging are available on request.

05.Intellectual Property

The Raghupati brand name, logo, product names, and all content on this website are the exclusive property of Sri Narayan Enterprises. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

06.Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
