Cancellation Policy
Guidelines on order modifications and cancellations prior to factory dispatch.
01.Retail Order Cancellation
Retail Cash on Delivery orders may be modified or cancelled free of charge at any time prior to handover to our courier partner. To cancel or modify your order, contact our concierge:

Please have your name and delivery address ready for verification. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return under our Refund Policy.
02.Refused Delivery
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the time of delivery without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from the same address. Repeated refusals may be flagged with our logistics partner.
03.Wholesale & Machinery Contracts
Wholesale consignments, custom OEM branding orders, and agarbatti machine fabrication contracts are subject to the cancellation and milestone terms stipulated in the corresponding purchase order agreement issued by Sri Narayan Enterprises.
Advance payments made toward custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, unless a defect in manufacture is confirmed by our quality team.
